ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days within Western Australia or 3- 6 business days inter-state using Australia Post's standard parcel post estimated delivery times. Flat rate shipping fee of $0.00 Standard post and $14.45 Express Australia wide. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and 
displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original 
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@fullylockedfishing.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
